This page explains what happens to the details you send me.
What I collect
If you contact me by phone, I receive the number you share and the information you provide. My website and quick questionnaire collect your contact details, cleaning requirements and any property or access information you choose to provide. Both enquiry forms require at least one photo of the rooms or areas you would like cleaned. Please do not include people, private documents, alarm codes or key-safe codes.
What I use it for
I use those details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange cleaning if you go ahead. I do not sell them.
The enquiry form
Both enquiry forms use FormSubmit to send the information you submit to my business inbox at [email protected]. Forms with photos pass through its file-delivery page. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days; that is separate from the copy delivered to my inbox. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information. Customer agreements
The agreement form collects your name, home address, contact details, agreed visit information, typed signature, signing time and acceptance choices. I use these to review and record your cleaning agreement and manage the booking and payments. FormSubmit sends the complete signed agreement to my business inbox. The form lets you download your own copy before sending. My written acceptance is separate from the website submission.
I keep agreement and payment records for as long as reasonably needed to manage the arrangement and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. Please contact me if you would like details about your records. Do not enter keys, alarm codes or key-safe codes in the agreement form.
Optional updates
If you choose to receive offers or availability updates in the quick questionnaire, that choice is separate from your cleaning enquiry. You can change your mind by contacting Aly.
Asking me about your details
To ask about access to your information, corrections or deletion, call 07781 446239 or email [email protected]. You can also raise a concern with Guernsey’s Office of the Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
