How pricing works

Every home is different, so the price is worked out for yours. You will know the figure before anything is booked.

No obligation, and nothing is booked until you have the figure and you are happy with it.

What shapes the price

  • How long it takes. The size of the place and the number of rooms is what moves the figure most.
  • Which tasks you pick. Routine room care and bed presentation affect the visit time. Extras such as oven cleaning have a separately agreed price, not charged by the hour.
  • Your first clean. A first clean on a place that has not been done for a while usually takes longer than the visits after it.
  • Getting in. How I get access — meeting you there, a key, or another arrangement — is agreed with you beforehand.

The time a visit needs is estimated and agreed with you before the first clean, so the figure is never a surprise afterwards.
